Goldman Collins Associates is an International Business Consulting company formed in 1999. It specializes in mergers, acquisitions, business development, company start-ups, and business planning and analysis. Since 1999, Goldman Collins Associates has been responsible for creating American subsidiaries for two European companies and one European subsidiary for an American company; and has obtained major funding and managed a major expansion for one of the world’s leading biotechnology company specializing in ophthalmics.

Our founder and Principal is Ronald W. Collins who prior to forming Goldman Collins Associates, was a Vice President of the Polaroid Corporation, and after that was President and CEO of Transtec Manufacturing Systems. He established, in 1994, a European Division for a Fortune 500 company. In 1997 he formed a new high tech division of a Fortune 500 company. In 1998, he merged a European High Tech company into an American company, and sold two American companies to European investors.
